Ich kaufe/sammel schon seit fast zehn Jahren Goldmünzen! Ich bestelle meine Ware nicht nur immer aus diversen Goldshop's in Wien, oder Österreich! Nein, ich bestelle mir die Münzen sogar aus Deutschland! Es gibt sehr viele Goldshop's in Österreich, wo das Service einfach unfassbar schlecht ist! Man bekommt oft Münzen mit einem sichtbaren Mangel geliefert! Vor allem, wenn man sie ONLINE" bestellt! Ich spreche da aus Erfahrung! Auch wenn sich diese Shop's im ersten Bezirk befinden

They are so rude , we made order online and we choose payment by card and picked up from Vienna branch when we go there our card don’t work , they didn’t want to let us go , and they started to ask about any amount of money to take after they ask how much we have , it’s a terrible experience, I don’t recommend at all

Habe online bestellt. Sehr einfache Abwicklung und Versand verlief auch reibungslos. Münzen kamen in sehr guter Qualität. Nur zum Weiterempfehlen.

Experience with this company was worse. There was no customer service, the workers were rude, they wanted that we pay money for a bar we didn't buy. In the end they didn’t want let us go out. My rate is -10.
