buy & fly Reisen GmbH

Buy and fly reisen Wien is absolutely the worst travel agency. I bought vacation with transport to hotel in Turkey 120 km from Antalya airport. I came to airport during night and nobody knows about me, agency did not organize transport to the hotel and I had to organize it during night and paid it myself. I wrote them and called them 3x and they did not called me to inform me about my transport back! People in buy and fly reisen absolutely unfriendl and arogant!!!

For me the buy&fly is one of the best, they give me always all informations and help, when I like to go for holiday to Asia. Hotel and transport is comfortable.
