Flowers were OK - but they look NOTHING like the ones on the pictures. It's a pure hoax in that regard.I would advise everyone to use interflora instead, if you want to use a decent international flower delivery company.

Horrible experience with them. I paid for a same day delivery on a Friday and the flowers were received on the Tuesday evening. I don't recommend and I won't use their service ever again.

Les he denunciado!Me confirmaron una entrega para el “día de la madre” domingo 7 de mayo.Estuve pendiente todo el día hablando con ellos por el chat de su web, y según ellos iba todo correcto.A las 17.30 de ese domingo, me llega un email, indicando que no van a entregar el pedido, la razón, el florista local De Santiago de Compostela ha cerrado y no se podrá entregar.A pesar de haberles dejado mi teléfono, no se han ni molestado en llamar.Una vergüenza, me dejaron a mi madre sin él regalos del día de la madre! Y ni tuvieron la decencia de darme una solución para que mi madre recibiera algo en su día!Espero que el florista De Santiago de Compostela lea esto, ya que debe de ser el único con el que trabajan.Una vergüenza cancelar un pedido por la tarde en un día festivo y dejar a la gente con las manos vacías.No os recomiendo ni que me paguen, es más os recomiendo que os dediquéis a otro oficio, porque en este dejáis mucho que desear!Ah, la denuncia en consumo y la OCU se la llevan!

They didn’t deliver in time, and on top of that they delivered a wrong order (both the bouquet wasn’t what I chose and the card wasn’t from me). Then it was just marked as “delivered”, no one informed me about a mix up (except for my friend who got the flowers), no one apologized.

I ordered nearly a week before Mother's Day with guaranteed delivery for Mother's Day, it came two days late, and they didn't even send anything nearly like what I ordered. I ordered a $70 US bouquet and she got something completely different worth only $40 US. Terrible. I would not recommend these guys at all.

Ich habe ein Blumenstrauß bestellt rechtzeitig für den ValentinstagDer Blumenstrauß wurde Zwei Tage später geliefert. Angeblich mit eine Schachtel Pralinen als Entschuldigung eine große LÜGEJetzt habe ich nochmal bestellt für den 7.3.21Blumenstrauß nicht geliefertIch habe 10 Emails geschrieben keine Antwortich werde bei diese Firma nicht mehr Bestellen

Völlig inkompetentes Unternehmen. Blumen wurden für einen Sonntag bestellt. Auch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem lethargischen Support erfolgte keine Lieferung.

DO NOT USE: Sent flowers to my best friend for her birthday over seas.. the delivery was a day late, the flowers I paid extra for were poor quality and didn’t include the listed flowers in the bouquet. To top it off my message wasn’t included instead it said “no message”.I’ve recieved no responses from this company and I’m extremely embarrassed in the “gift” that I sent for almost $100…

If you want a ruined celebration and feel like throwing out your money, my global flowers is definitely the right service for you. Absolutely atrocious service. A scam. My boyfriend ordered flowers for my birthday, which was yesterday and they weren’t delivered. No call, no explanation, nothing. Do not order anything here. We expect our money to be returned.

Extremely poor customer service and responsibility. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Women's day, the flowers were never delivered.One of the customer service representatives named Alex Dremore claimed he is the head manager of customer relations and said there is nothing they can do except refund or redeliver on another date.Note that on their website it states that he is not yead manager. Once i asked for his tsupervisors contact information, he refuse to give and said he doesn't understand my request and asked to hang up and email instead.Alex has confirmed that the flowers will be delivered the next day but instead I got a refund. When emailing them, another representative Kate notified that they refunded because the local florist was closed. What an unprofessional way of handling tje situation.I would even go as far to say that they violate vustomer's rights. Please avoid purchasing from such scam and poor customer service.
