Good evening, I would like to share my thoughts about lernaktiv and my two fruitful visits of said establishment.I have visited lernaktiv two times. Now and two years ago. For the visit two years ago I don't have a complain. Everything was on point, the teachers were precise and individual and I can proudly say I have learned a lot.For the second visit, much has changed. I will get straight to the point. I have learnt more from two hours of learning in Berlitz than from a whole week of lernaktiv; something I could not say about my visit two years ago.Now for the part that most upset me and made me lose all respect for this school and made them lose a customer.Taking away phones. Something that I believe everyone is quite sensitive about and would certainly feel better if they had by their side at all times. That is not the case in lernaktiv. Taking phones away before the start of a lesson is fairly acceptable if getting them at any point of the 30 minute brake is taken for granted.The worst and most infuriating part which is the confrontation and asking for an exception. I have personally thought I can have my phone at any time during the break and of course, return it after. I have taken my phone from the reception and as soon as the lady behind the reception noticed I am taking MY phone, she started freaking out and almost screaming at me for taking it and wanting me to put it back.I have politely talked to one of the main teachers only asking why we cannot have our phones during the BREAK.After asking I was met with the classic recipe of; we have been doing this for years and you are not going to change it & you are a young generation you should be talking instead of being on your phone. Whatever, you might think, it's only 30 minutes, and I fully agree but the thing is that it is all just a lie.Saying they have been doing this for MANY years is just a plain old lie. I immediately brought up the lie and of course it has been fully denied.That is exactly what made them lose a client. Not taking the phones and keeping them even for my free time, not the fact that the phones are smushing at each other in the small basket where the phones can get easily damaged but the extreme worsening of the quality of teaching and lies.If you want me to keep coming to your school, paying you for it and respecting you, don't lie to my face.

Sehr schlechter Ort, wie eine Gruppe von Räubern! Meine Kinder haben sich früher für ihr Studium angemeldet. Später, weil ihre Unterrichtseffekte sehr schlecht waren, haben wir darum gebeten, uns von der Schule zurückzuziehen, aber sie sagten, wenn wir uns von der Schule zurückziehen wollen, müssen wir ihnen eine Vertragsverletzungsgebühr von mehr als 600 Euro geben!Als Trainingsorganisation versuchen sie nicht, sich auf das Unterrichten von Schülern zu konzentrieren, sondern verschiedene Fallen aufzustellen, um Sie zu erpressen!Wenn Sie mit ihnen umgehen, müssen Sie vorsichtig sein. Sie werden von ihnen gefangen sein, wenn Sie nicht vorsichtig sind!Very bad place! Like a group of robbers!Some time ago, our children signed up to study with them.Later, because they did not teach well, we asked to withdraw from the school, but they opened their big mouths and said, if we want to withdraw from the school, we must give them a penalty of more than 600 euros!As a teaching institution, they are not trying to focus on teaching, but trying to set various traps to entrap students!So I hope everyone must be careful when dealing with them!
