Yog Temple 200- Hour TTC is a well-structured course. It allows to practice Hatha yoga on and off the mat. A small class size allows to the more personal guidance from the instructor. It was a very interesting experience to me.

I have just finished the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course at Yog Temple and I would like to share all my positive thoughts and feelings about these 3 weeks with these two beautiful souls ,my teachers Leni and Nipun. When I decided to attend the course, I was mainly thinking about the certicifate ,and how I would finally be able to make Yoga to my vocation when I finish the course. However,right after the first day I realized that there is much more to yoga then just the physical postures I had been always so passionate about. Nipun and Leni showed me the true science of Yoga, they thaught me a lot about philosophy and the traditional way of practising yoga. The lessons were so incredibly interesting that I very soon forgot about the exam and certificate,and I enjoyed the process itself much more than the result. I didn't even want to come back home. :)) I saw as well how many misconceptions I had before and day by day it was becoming more and more obvious what a perfect decision I made that I had chosen Yog Temple. Leni and Nipun not only shared this wonderful and sacred knowledge with me and prepared for me to do the same or at least similarly in the future, but they also helped me to dive deeper into the study of self. I learned a lot about yoga but even more about myself ,which is a huge gift ,especially nowadays when we are rushing and working all the time ,so we are not even aware of the fact how many things we have to explore and heal inside of ourselves. So they were there for me,not just as teachers but also as friends . They were like a remedy for my soul. I can say that these 3 weeks have been one of the most wonderful experience and time in my life so far. Thank you from all of my heart.❤

I came to yogtemple in sweden to do the 200 h yoga teacher training and to get a deeper understanding about the history and meaning of yoga. I am so happy that I chose yogtemple for this special time. Because I left with so much more than I expected, knowledge about myself, my surroundings and how to life a healthy life in balance. Which, actually is, what yoga should be about. Not only the body exercises. It was one of the best things I did, and I am so thankful for Leni and Nipun. They did the course although I came alone, and there was no group of students.They really did a great job renovating the house and garden, creating a safe and nice place to go through all of these changes, which can occur in this intense time. The lessons were always really interesting and also apart from the offical part of the yoga teacher training they were always there to help with good advices, interesting talks or just to enjoy dinner together.I would always definitely do it again and can only recommend it to everyone from the core of my heart. The yoga teacher training (200h) at Yog Temple is an excellent place to complete your training. The course is intense and very complete and diverse. The quality of the teaching was of very high value and authenticity.Nipun knows exactly how to guide the future teachers into the physical practice of yoga and its teaching whereas Leni is an excellent anatomy and Ayurvedic teacher. The location itself offers beautiful daily walks and the perfect place for self-study and a focused environment. The course is extremely serious and you really feel Nipun and Leni wish to make you as serious and authentic with your teaching and practice as they are.Three weeks go by very fast - take everything you can and give everything you have.
