Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer im Großraum Graz und bin sofort hier fündig geworden! Einzug und Auszug waren äußerst unkompliziert, wobei das heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist!Die Zimmer sind sauber und man kann alles zum Putzen ausborgen, was mir persönlich wichtig war! Es gibt eine riesige Dachterrasse für Grillparties etc, bei jeder Gemeinschaftsküche gibt's auch einen Balkon (Paradies).Abstellplätze für Räder ausreichend vorhanden, die Straßenbahn gleich vor der Tür... Was will man mehr?Empfehlung für jedeN, derdie etwas Ruhe lieber hat als die etwas lautere Innenstadt!

The place is very nice calm relax and multicultural. The cleanness much depends on you . The staff are good too. I spent 5 months here and am happy to chose it again

This House became my Home away from my Motherland.I stayed here for 3 years.Its located in a Peaceful Place.It gave me a space to focus on my Academic Journey and it remains as part of my success.It has good Management.My Neighbours(International wide) made me learn alot and made the world look it a small Village to me.I know i will miss this place.

Очень хорошее общежитие для студентов. На 4 этаже есть большая терраса с возможностью гриля. Маленькие, но уютные комнаты.
