My brother and I rented a car for 2 weeks for a ski trip that took us all over Tirol. We needed an upgrade when we arrived because we had reserved a car too small for our skis, but David was very accommodating and got everything settled for us. On return, we had no surprise charges.Altogether, Enterprise at Innsbruck Airport was great!

Abzocke in der Corona-KriseWir mussten den Mietwagen nach 4 von 11 Miettagen zurückgeben, weil in Tirol eine Ausgangssperre verhängt wurde. Fa Enterprise hat uns trotzdem den vollen Mietpreis für die 11 Tage berechnet. Die sollten sich mal an den Hotels ein Beispiel nehmen, die ja auch erstattet haben! Nie mehr diese Firma.

Car was great, but the rate I was charged higher than what I reserved. Notably, the cross-border fee for Germany that was charged was significantly higher than the $16.67 per rental quoted on sign in lobby. This is an independently-run franchisee of Enterprise, and it shows. *(Editing star rating after trying to resolve the issue with agency, which has made false claims about when the car was returned to try to justify extra expense).

Great customer service and the car was clean and in good condition. I had no issues before and after renting the car.
