The management at Bösendorfer in Vienna, Austria have set the example for customer service by which all other companies should operate! My personal experience with Bösendorfer has been one of the absolute BEST ever. Even though these professionals are charged with guiding the company's operations, they were very much available and HAPPY to assist with my concerns on an an individual consumer level. Not only does Bösendorfer build a world class piano (the best in my opinion), they also have the benefit of having a WORLD CLASS MANAGEMENT team which starts at the top of the company and is reflected in all departments. In a time when negative feedback seems to be out of control, I am very pleased that I can provide a glowing review for these hard working dedicated professionals who are the epitome of customer service and professionalism.
