Have booked a driver to pickup my wife and children, prepaid, next day car did not appear, company asked for higher price (more than double then prepaid), finally had to take a normal taxi in order my family reaches the airport in last minute.

They were able to accommodate a last minute change of pick up location without issue, advised us that we needed to leave earlier than we had requested (which turned out to be spot on!) arrived to pick us up early, clean vehicle and nice driver. No complaints, great service and nothing negative to say.

Das Unternehmen hat 1 Stunde 30min vor meiner Ankunft am Zielflughafen die Fahrt einfach storniert. Telefonanrufe werden nicht entgegengenommen. Nicht zu empfehlen! Lieber das nächste mal ein anderes Unternehmen nehmen. Nicht seriös!
