Meine Schlafcouch war nicht bezogen. Das war allerdings das Einzige, was nicht gepasst hat. Ansonsten wat es gut. Tolle ruhige Lage, nahe der Messe. Kleiner Fußweg.Liebes Homebound Team.Ich gehörte zu den gebuchten Personen. Und habe gesagt, dass es wichtig ist, dass ich alleine schlafe, da ich niemanden beim Schlafen durch mein tiefes Atmen storen möchte. Diese Info hat euch scheinbar nicht erreicht, so dass dir Couch eben nicht fur mich bezogen wurde. Diese wurde eben nicht zusätzlich kurzfristig benötigt, wie Sie unten angenommen haben.LG Doris

I unfortunately can not give a good recommendation for this hotel. I booked the room for 3 adults and 2 small dogs. When I asked about pet fees the answer was that there was a 30 EUR cleaning fee per stay. After the formal cancellation date, the hotel charged my card with double the cleaning fee for the amount of EUR 60 and I cancelled the next day immediately after receiving an answer that they charged EUR 30 per dog per stay. First of all I find this highly ridiculous charge for 2 small dogs that sleep in the box that I bring to pay EUR 30 fee per stay cleaning fee. I have had charges such as EUR 10-15 per dog per stay, but never this high. Now we are not staying in the apartment and not going to Salzburg because on Monday Salzburg has been declared a redzone and many areas you may not enter or leave without vaccine, recovery or PCR test (we have 2 out of 3 - but safety first) and the apartment refused to refund the money. The hotel was FULLY booked even after cancellation and the owner still refused to refund. This woman is a THIEF! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! HIGHLY UNCOOPERATIVE. Booking.com tried repeatedly to get this woman to refund the money. She has stolen money and refuses to refund. We are in contact with a lawyer and with the bank to cancel the charges, but beware if you are booking this apartment and plan to stay there with dogs. Especially anyone of the 2,000 people every year that for the the International CACIB Salzbug dog show every year. 30 EUR per dog per stay is more than the human price per night. This is not a friendly venue and I do not recommend.

Tolle, gepflegte Appartements. Wir haben als Gruppe dort übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden!

Найгірші апартаменти! Були 10 годин у дорозі.Коли приїхали, з'ясувалося, що наша мапа чомусь не підійшла. Іншу мине змогли додати, бо не було Інтернету.Інтернет, який був поряд, не дозволяв оновити картку. Я благала дівчину, впустити і дати можливість скористатися інтернетом. Але ніхто не дозволив.Коли знайшла інтернет, додала карту, відправила скрін, дівчина скасувала броню.І це ввечері, коли ми із трьома дітьми (молодшому рік) тільки приїхали. Немає поваги та розуміння у власників апартаменту.Не рекомендую цей заклад! Власники не клієнтоорієнтовані.

Sehr gutes und freundliches Management. Ausgezeichnete Betten, sauber, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Komme gerne wieder.
