20th of April I bought VW golf VII 1.6 TDI DSG, 2016 by dealer DMS automobile gmbh 4482 Ennsdorf. Dealer was speaking croatian-bosnian language. At the beginning he was very kind and we agreed on everything with a phone call. He convinced me of the full service history of the car and good condition. The car was collected and delivered to Croatia by the transport company which I paid as a service.The first day the car arrived I had a problem with the leakage of the fuel because the oring of the fuel filter was damaged. It was not possible not to know about the issue since in the first kilometers with the car I lost 15 liters of diesel and had a risk of putting the car on fire. 10 kilometers after the alarm for the low level of the cooling fluid. I added 1 liter of the cooling fluid and the same situation repeated again after 100 kilometers. Check engine signal was on and the car went to safe mode. I took the car to service and it was damaged cooler of the intercooler, DPF filter and turbocharger on the car. The reparation of the car was 2697,83€.I tried to contact mr. Senad from DMS automobile gmbh and his answer was that it is not his problem because the car was without problems when I bought it and that is my problem because I bought car with 211tkm. I have to mention that I made 20km with car before car had a serious issues. From all that I describe it is visible the aim of selling me the car with a damaged engine as a good car. I do not recommend to anyone to by the car from DMS automobile gmbh

Einer der besten Autohändler, ich habe mit dem Auto genau wie beschrieben umgegangen und mit detaillierten Fotos und Videos, auch weil der Flug verspätet war. Sie warteten abends auf mich, holten mich vom Zug ab und lieferten mir das Auto am Abend. Vielen Dank und ich hoffe auf eine zukünftige Zusammenarbeit.
