Horror einfach nur Horror!

Nimmt völlig grundlos Samstags trotz offizieller Öffnungszeit keine Pakete entgegen

Bin 20min nach dem Eintreffen des Paketes hin und wurde wieder wegeschickt. Sollte in 1h wieder kommen. Was für ein System der alte Herr verwendet um die Pakete zu verwalten ist mir somit nicht klar, sonst normale Abholstation.

Ich war heute bei dem Paketshop um Paket abzugeben. Passt alles und unkompliziert, derr Herr ist sehr freundlich. Die schlechte Bewertungen sind nicht nachvollziehbar.

Bin mehrmals wegen der Packetabholung hingefahren, da der Mitarbeiter nicht fähig war, nach der Packetnummer mein Packet zu suchen. Hätte fast meine Abholfrist deswegen verpasst.

@OwnerWie unnötig kann die Existenz eines Menschens eigentlich sein? Wenn man schon merklich keine Lust mehr hat zu leben und nur als dahinvegetierender Fleischhaufen sein Dasein fristet.. Wozu dann noch?

This company has never ever made an attempt to deliver the parcel to the customers. Instead, they intendedly left the parcel at a shop, which is not convenient to my location at all. I was at home the entire day yet they never rang the door bell, at least to make an attempt for delivery.They did not update any information about the parcel. And I didn’t know it until I checked the webpage, that they delivered the parcel to the shop again. I think they use only one access point in Vienna. This is a ridiculous logistics company.I don’t understand why retailers choose to work with this company. UPS doesn’t care if the customer is going to collect the parcel or not. If it passes 14 days it will be rerouted to the sender. They are still going to charge retailers for the logistics cost anywaysOne star will be too flattered to your ghastly awful delivery service.
