Very bad experience,firstly they don't ring the door bell,providing they keep the note.the note says parcel kept at the dhl counter,when I called them,no parcel left there.This is really crazyAnd can't contact on the pon,only customer service,supposed to bring parcel next day,no time given,have wait the whole day at home.This will be my last DHL order.
