Budget Autovermietung Innsbruck Flughafen

Habe 2017 einen 8 Sitzer für 18 Tage reserviert und gebucht, bei der Abholung ging alles schnell und unkompliziert, bei der Rückgabe genau das gleiche. War echt zufrieden und glücklich mit dem Fahrzeug, ein Ford Transit mit nur 5000km.

BEWARE. Booked for 6:30 when I arrive the office is closed even though should still be open. Called and they told me to come back next day no problem. Came back next day to pick up and now Budget are charging me double the price I booked and unable to change price back to original. I was actually the one who noticed when the card amount was way too much. They tell me this happens all the time and often there are no cars available even after booking. Wouldn’t strongly advise to use another rental here like SIXT or Alamo.

Alles in allem positive Erfahrung, sehr gute Preise, großzügige Regelung der Angelegenheiten.

Een auto gehuurd om 09.00 uur en de desk is gesloten. Het nummer wat op de deur hangt werkt niet. Er staat een nummer op Google waarvan het personeel ongelofelijk onbeschoft is! Dit bedrijf is zeker geen aanrader!

Very very poor service and customer service. we arrived at the airport and the office to rent the car was closed they were not reachable after half an hour we got a number from another car rental company for one of their employees. Came to the conclusion that they are who knows why too late but on their way. We waited a long two hours before they arrived. Would not recommend renting a car here.

Avoid! On September the 10th I booked a compact car at Budget rental office in Innsbruck airport via CarTrawler. The booking was fully prepaid 2 days later. On my arrival in Innsbruck on the 18th of September I was told by the rental office clerk named Christian that my driving license wasn't good enough and he was not going to give me the booked car. I had been traveling around the world with this very driver's license for years and I had rented cars in many countries in both hemispheres, including 3 times in Austria, last time in June, 2022, this year in Vienna. And I have reciepts and bills to prove that. I immediately asked at the neigbouring rental offices several meters to the Budget, if they were willing to rent a vehicle to me and if my license were good for that. Nobody had a problem. I had to rent another car at the office nearby and had to pay for the second time.
