Unfreundliche Personal. Nach dem wir das Auto abgegeben haben, wurde auf unserer Bitte hin ein Taxi zu rufen, gesagt, wir sollen ein Hotel suchen und dort nachfragen.Nächstes Mal nicht mit Avis

If you can, use a different rental companies in Bratislava, there are many other options. I returned the car and Avis employee found 1 scratch on rear bumper and 1 liquid spit on passenger's seat. I took a picture of the car from outside day 1 so lucky for me I had a proof that scratch was there before, unfortunatelly I would never guesed to take pictures of the interior... Since they missed the rear bumper I suspect them to either have poor inspection or the miss" damage on purpose. Anyway I sent my photos to Avis and dispite of this they tried to charge me for bumper again (250 Euros) + liquid spit (100 Euros)

THIEFS, we rented a car for four days, returned it in perfect condition and the employee suposedly found a scratch. When I confronted him about it he threatened me and my father.Later on they sent us a mail with the complaint and a fee for 250 euros, when we disagreed they did not even reply and charged it to our card anyways.

One of the worst car rental experiences. While the car was nice and without any issues the service was terrible. I waited 30+ minutes for both pick up and drop off. When I finally got the car i was pleased - it was like new. When I saw the protocol, however, i was shocked. Despite it's great condition it had like 15 scratches marked. You had to look hard to find them. At that moment I realized I'm probably going to be charged for damage" when I return the car. And I certainly did. The gentleman spent like 5 minutes checking every single part of the car and he indeed found some scratches that I ended up paying €120 for. Unfortunately there aren't that many other options in the city

Rented three times for three different trips from this Avis branch, never had any issues with the cars or additional charges, including when we dropped the car and keys off at the hotel on Sunday when the branch is closed.Would prefer the cars to be cleaned before handover incase there are any hidden scratches, but like any car rental place you need to ensure you take photos of inside and out and ensure any issues are marked on the handover sheet. Unless the car is filthy you don't necessarily need to get it cleaned before returning.Prices are also reasonable. Will continue to rent from here on trips to Slovakia

- not a genuine compay with very rude staff- be prepared to pay hundreds of euros extra- you will not be able to appeal that- pictures and videos of the car will not help you to protect you from their scam- their employees feel very annoyed when you need anything- if they have another customer in the tiny office and need to step out to inspect the vehicle, you will be asked to leave. even if you are a family of 5. you will have to step out on the street and stand there in cold, until they return, even if you have a very expensive vehicle booked.- you have to go to a carwash before you return the car - that's what their employees said, when charged me 80euros- I offered to go to have the car washed, but they said they will be busy later therefor not able to collect the car from you and I may miss my flight""

When I returned my car this morning at this address Seberíniho 1765/9, 821 02 Ružinov, Slovakia I had a a chocolate spot on a passenger sit which I removed with clear drinking water but it was still wet when I returned the car. I have explained this to the employee and he said it is not a problem and they won’t charge me for it. Then when I got home I received an email saying they are charging me 100€ for it. I went back to the company and asked to see the car and the spot and they told me the car is not there and they can’t confirm that the spot is still there. This is very unprofessional and sneaky of this employee to behave like that.

Vozidlo bolo nové. Nemám čo vytknúť. Vyzdvihnutie vozidla trvalo asi 5 minút. Určite využijem aj nabudúce
