Hervis Dornbirn

Totally unacceptable and poor customer service. Sales people are not able to help and advice you to talk to manager. When calling to the shop either manager is still not available (even thought I got told to call on the date as he wil be reachable) they did not pick up and sometimes I get connected trough online customer service. After leaving a note telling to call me back no effort at all. really disappointed how they handle my case and I was struggling to ask for gift card instead of repairing but without talking to manger no any other sales person helped me. I was really fed up as I went multiple times to shop in dornbirn. I tried Hervis Bregenz as it was much closer to me. Within few minutes all was solved and received my gift card. I recommend not to buy anything fancy in Dornbirn, until u get to the point your product is broken and can’t get the right solution and information. In Bregenz they are 1000 times better and the handling with customer service is a dream as all customers should be treated like that.
