Good location with a comfortable room. Enjoyed it overall, especially the modern set up of the room. However, really, really struggled to check in. The room key that the self check-in machine provided didn't work and we spent almost half an hour basically being stuck outside of our room. Also, the room locked us out after we returned from breakfast to the room the next morning leaving us stranded outside yet again.

We booked a room at this hotel for 1 night, indeed the location is very well placed but that is it's only positive point, the stay was awful ! The cleaning was done in time as when we arrived we entered the room with the staff in it. When we came back later on it was just to notice that the cleaning was very minimal with a lot of dirt behind the bed or in the corners of the room. The shower was broken making the room a swimming pool with a 2 minute shower (dangerous yes). And therefore the room was always in a wet atmosphere. Hopefully we only stayed 1 night ! We did tried to reach out to the hotel but no one answered us and even a week later still no answer ... I would strongly discourage to stay there !

Ich weiß nicht, wer negative Bewertungen schreibt. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen! Vintage-Gebäude, innen modern und sauber, stilvolles Design, bequeme Betten, alle notwendigen Geräte, Geschirr, Hygieneprodukte, Tee, Kaffee. Und das Wichtigste ist die Lage im Zentrum von Innsbruck, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Nicely furnished apartment which was located only few minutes from top Innsbruck tourist places. We also had a terrace with mountain view. Price was really fair as it was “last minute”. Check in and check out process is also comfortable due to machine which is located approx. 200 meters from the building. There is also a underground parking possibility across the river (we did not use)

Zimmer waren sehr schön, aber wenn man Fragen hatte wurde man angeschnauzt und das Servicepersonal in der Bar war grauenvoll.Erst wartet man bis man was bestellen darf, dann wird die Hälfte vergessenAuf der Karte stehen Sachen, die sie dann trotzdem nicht anbieten, falls man fragt was für Sorten Crossaints es gibt bekommt man eine schnippische Antwort.Also im Grossteil einfach nur schrecklich

Sehr laut bis in den frühen Morgen! Sehr schlecht isoliert. Unmöglich zu schlafen! Vermutlich liegt das Problem an der Kneipe und/oder Hostel nebenan.Keinen Aufzug. Sehr dunkle Zimmer.Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

I booked this about two weeks before arriving, so was a fair price for reasonably last minute (and still ski season).Check-in is a bit awkward, the buttons aren’t responsive so it can take a few tries. And there’s no one on hand to help out!As a lone female traveller, I was slightly unnerved that the main front door, which is meant to be swipe card access, was unlocked 24/7. Indeed, the lock was completely removed (with wires exposed).My room was comfy and warm, and i appreciated the access to a kitchen (and dishwasher!). Cleanliness could have been better - I discovered a number of long dark hairs on the bed linen, suggesting the bed clothes weren’t washed properly/at all!I didn’t have any trouble sleeping. On the Saturday night (I stayed for five nights) there was some loud music, but otherwise ok. And it’s very close to the old town.
