Altitude Comedy Festival

The definition of Altitude is- “the height of an object or point in relation to sea level or ground level.”But I’d say astronomical is the only way to describe Altitude Comedy Festival!What an amazing, outstanding, wonderful and simply lovable week!While I don’t ski myself, I did find plenty to do during the days, and at night I laughed so much I needed to wear my “big boy” pants, for fear of unplanned leakage!This was by far the best week I’ve had in ages, so many many amazing humans in one place, oh and Ryan Cullen was there too! (Or someone brought a flag pole with them, hard to tell exactly!)If you haven’t been, you should! I will be going again!Thank you Altitude Comedy Festival, you did not disappoint!

Had a fantastic time at the Altitude Comedy Festival, back with a bang! I can't speak highly enough of the organisers, staff, comedians, the people of Mayrhofen, everyone came together to make this a wonderful week. I'm already looking forward to next year

Wow. What an amazing week. I adore stand up and skiing so was really excited to attend this festival, but this by far exceeded all my expectations. Mayrhofen itself is a gorgeous little Austrian town with amazing restaurants and skiing and the locals are just so friendly which really added to the experience throughout the week. But, what really made it so amazing was being on the slopes, bars and restaurants WITH the comedians. By the end of the week they all felt like old friends and every joke felt like it was tailored to our experience there over the week. I met so many amazing people (comedians and other ticket holders) and I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard. I cannot recommend this festival enough and can’t wait to do it all again next year.

This year I made my second visit to Altitude Comedy Festival. It really is the perfect week with snowboarding all day and comedy all night for a week. The organisers are incredibly polite and professional. The comedy was all fantastic and it is so much fun to meet your favourite comedians during the week. Can't recommend this festival highly enough!

Altitude Festival is always, without fail, the best week of my year by quite some distance. I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than snowboarding through the day, laughing through the evening and drinking with friends throughout. It’s a truly incredible week of non stop fun, I don’t mind hyping it up too much because it’ll only ever exceed your expectations.

The best week!! We met so many great people on and off the slopes! I never expected to have so much fun and make so many memories in such a short amount of time. Comedy was available to watch multiple times a day so we never felt restricted with our plans, every comedian we watched had us in stitches & Mayrhofen was absolutely breathtaking. All round a great week with great people. 10/10 recommend.

Mayrhofen is the greatest little Austrian chocolate box town ever. The skiing, mountains, restaurants and people are lovely.Altitude is such a special festival, you genuinely get to meet arena selling TV comics in the most intimate of settings, it’s magical! Everyone who has been says they’ve had the time of their lives (including all the acts & crew!). Absolutely worth every single penny

I've been to this festival twice now. I knew it would be right up my alley when I first heard about it and I was not wrong. I love skiing/snowboarding and I love comedy, so this is the perfect holiday for me. We even got to ski with Eddie the Eagle! What surprised me was there were some people who had gone just for the comedy, who didnt even ski! That's how much people love it! Needless to say I booked for next year as soon as the tickets were released! And I cannot wait!! :)
