Super Personal (Nadine hervorragend!)! Hält da das Licht 1 A ins Gesicht sehr schwierig die Aufgabe! Aber auch zu erwähnen Stephan Beyrer der Zahnarzt meines Vertrauens. Wunschlos Glücklich sein Patient zu sein!

Die zuständige Dame für Mundhygiene sollte aus meiner Sicht ihre Berufswahl überdenken. Sehr schlampige Arbeit, grob im Umgang mit ihrem Werkzeug und genervt!Schade, Dr. Beyrer wirkt kompetent und sehr freundlich!

On a previous and recent consultation, we were offered a cavity filling for the price of 120 EUR. We therefore booked an appointment for that same filling, and asked a telephone confirmation to the receptionist about the price for that service: the price that we were confirmed via telephone was, again, 120 EUR. Upon reaching the dentist today, on the date of agreed appointment, we were told that the price was, instead, 159 EUR, corresponding to an increase of +30%!This indicates two things:The price mentioned at the telephone is a preliminary contract, which the dentist did not respect;The dentist is unreliable, because prices that are communicated to the customers in advance are not then followed up on the day in which the customer reaches the dentist's office.Beware! The laws in this country are such that dentists are not mandated to publish their prices, but they are nonetheless mandated to follow the prices that they communicate to the customers. We therefore recommend not to use the services of this dentist, or else you risk paying more than the previously agreed prices upon reaching the dentist's office.
