A very modern dorm for reasonable price. Excellent facilities provided within the flat namely oven, microwave, 4x electric stoves, study tables, SAT TV receiver and spacious bathrooms.

A terrible place for accomodation in WN.It is might be cheap, but only because of its location, in the middle of an industrial district, 5km away from the city center, thus most of the facilities.Moreover, there is absolutely no student life there, so if you are an international student who stays there most weekends, avoid this place.There are also some problems with the staff. The manager is incompetent, has a bad attitude towards tenants and the janitor is also totally unfriendly.

The dormitory might be very modern with a lot of facilities and very cheap, but the secretary has a very bad attitude towards foreigners and her English could be better. In my opinion, she did not do her job well and her emails could be a little bit more informative.

Would not recommend this place. The house technician is absolutely rude every single time. Instead of making your life easier, they will make it hard if given the chance. Do not believe that you will be able to book the TV room, and if you somehow manage to do so, they will try to charge you for their decaying furniture.When leaving the apartment, make sure to ask for receipts if they try to charge you for simple things.In summary, if you do not have any other place to live, and living in the forest is not for you, then this place is your option. As an international student, I must say this is a great place to stay if you go to FH School. It is affordable, clean and has Frau Veronika to welcome you there nicely. All best to say about her. The rooms are very nice. It might be far away from the city and in industrial region, but anyhow I would still recommend this place highly. Best student dorm I stayed so far.
