Wow, here I get the chance to train with three inclusive, funny and each of them really dedicated and professional teachers of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kettlebell/Conditioning/Hiit/Animal flow and Capoeira!I feel comfortable coming here. Asking for something like joining a training for the first time, borrowing or buying training clothes are uncomplicated, easy and not profit oriented, just as well as signing up.I experience our international (we speak English and German) coach and coaches take initiative to meet us on an eye to eye level and found true for me soon that it's them who do a lot to connect us, including themselves, as a training group of various (often but not all the time new) faces :PConnecting with the body, sweating and learning besides each other, carsharing, eating together and movienights happen here.Warmly and truly recommend

Great gym with super friendly people and coach. I was in the area on a ski trip and popped down for a well needed session and they were so welcoming and patient. I normally train at 10th planet London and I found the level of JJ here pretty high and the coach was excellent. They do both Gi and No Gi and the coach is knowledgeable with both, often giving variations for the technique to work for both Gi and no Gi depending if you have a particular interest in one over the other.

I was visiting Victor and his team at Tirol Dragon BJJ and was welcomed warmly.From what I saw and learned during my short stay, I can recommend Victor and Dragon BJJ highly for everyone who wants to get into BJJ in Innsbruck.Go and give it a try. You won't regret it!

If you want to learn BJJ and spent some nice time with cool people - this is the right place! Especially the couch, Victor (black belt in BJJ) is doing a great job, creating a familiar and pleasant atmosphere. I totally recommend that gym!
