We visited Ferienhaus Sonnenstrahl as part of our honeymoon, and fell completely in love with the house, the area and all of Gmünd. Elisabeth was such a gracious host, and took the time to show us the house in great detail, and to help us figure out which places we should visit while in Gmünd. She was so incredibly helpful, and always available for any questions we had. The house itself was no less than completely fantastic. No digital pictures do the view over the beautiful mountains any justice - you have to experience it for yourself! Elisabeth told us that the mountains look different every single day - 100% true. The view was not the same two days in a row. We woke up every morning to the sounds of cowbells from the neighboring cows grassing. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, with a spacious, modern kitchen, a beautifully decorated living room, and an amazing master bedroom with plenty of closet space. And there are plenty more rooms if you are more people visiting. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We ended up spending more time inside this incredible house than we did outside. If you are looking for a place for your next romantic getaway, please do yourself the favour of visiting Ferienhaus Sonnenstrahl. This will definitely not be the last time we visit. And once again, thank you so much to Elisabeth for making our honeymoon so perfect ❤️
