Not recommend!The place is minimally furnished, weird orange and red color of the room, the WiFi is not stable, the whole building has 2 washing machines and 1 dryer and you pay 2 euro per wash.The kitchen has no proper suction fan that’s why you have mold issues !The toilet has a orange color very much unpleasant for the eye!The system is not serious! not plausible! They booked my room in summer months for some guest although I was pre-requested in January, March and April.They don’t provide any services for students:No cleaning serviceNot flexible time for transferVery old furniture in the common room and the area is rather small.No storage service to ensure a smooth transport!You have to POLISHED CLEAN your room afterwards.Very hard people ruthless to deal with in the registration office .It’s not a proper student dorm! Highly not recommend.

Muffiges und desolates Studentenheim!

If you're an international student looking for a place to live LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE. This building is musty, old, the whole building reeks something foul, the laundry is in a dimly lit basement and has to be done through a weird app, it has problems with mold, and the housing authority is hard to deal with. Anyone who gives this place 5 stars I swear must be a bot, because this place is the worst.EDIT: I should also note that for the whole building there are only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, and there're no ovens anywhere in the building, meaning all cooking has to be done on a hot plate.It is a building that has good people living in it, but deserve better living conditions.

I have a small room on the base floor, overlooking the garden. The room has it's own kitchenette in the corridor (hot plates but no oven) and its own toilet and bathroom. All in all, the room is exactly as it appears on pictures here and is quite nice. Common areas are always clean and it is mostly quiet. Washing machines, tumble dryer, and vacuum cleaners are in the basement. All kinds of shops (including a shopping mall) are within walking distance. Overall, it is a great place to stay, although it is a bit remote from the center of Salzburg (about 45 minutes of walking, but just 10 with public transport).
