The transfer and service provided by Ingo was great. Very communicative, even when we asked to change the time of the transfer on the day. Very good driving in poor snowy conditions - I would highly recommend to anyone and we will use again in the future.Also I left an item in the transfer and this was posted promptly the next day - amazing service :)Thank you Ingo!

We used Ingo's Alpenshuttle for recent transfers to and from Innsbruck to St Anton. Their service was excellent, collecting us on time and at a reasonable price. Ingo was very helpful when I had to change the booking details at the last moment. I highly recommend them.

Great service. Took us from Innsbruck to Serfaus. Easy to contact by mail, afterwards by Whatsapp. Agreed to, but eventually couldn’t do the return transfer. 3 days before the return I get a new contact who was briefed and ready to go, all arranged by Ingo. Price was very fair considering the quality we got. Would definitely book again.

Ongo's Alpenshuttle leverte en super service. Helt fra første kontakt og dialog via e-post. Minibuss var meget bra. Kjøretur tur/retur Soelden var veldig behagelig. Oss gutta som har vært noen turer til Alpene siste 10-15 årene vil absolutt bruke Ingo neste gang vi ankommer Innsbruck. Takk til Ingo.

We recently used Ingo's Alpenshuttle to taxi our family to and from Innsbruck to our ski resort in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Very friendly and prompt service with an immaculately clean vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

Es war perfekt. Unsere Ankunftszeit hat sich ein paar Mal geändert. Sie reagierte schnell, als wir ihr die Updates per E-Mail schickten. Es war kein Problem. Perfekt. Sie hat uns wirklich geholfen. Das Auto war schön, sauber, geräumig und warm! Sie war wirklich nett. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!! Tolle Erfahrung.
