Eine richtige Frechheit von diesem Hotel! Ich wollte eigentlich telefonisch eine Buchungsanfrage stellen. Der Mitarbeiter der ans Telefon ging war sehr unfreundlich und hat mich einfach abgewürgt als er bemerkte dass es um eine Buchungsanfrage geht. Ich soll dich die Homepage nutzen, er ist gerade in einem Check In. Er hat sich verabschiedet und einfach aufgelegt, ich kam leider nichtmehr dazu zu sagen, dass online keine Buchung möglich war obwohl Zimmer angezeigt wurden. Wer so mit Anrufern umgeht hat nicht mehr als 1 Stern verdient und dieser Mitarbeiter schon gar nicht. Hotel selbst kann ich nicht bewerten, es wird mich aber in meinem Leben auch nie sehen.

Moderný pekne zariadení hotel v ústraní Viedne, ktorý sa nachádza v krásnom prostredí pri jazere s nádherným výhľadom z izby. Výhodou je zástavka metra priamo vedľa hotela. Skvelé podzemné parkovanie pod hotelom, no jeho nevýchodou poplatok za parkovné. Hotel môžem len a len odporučiť. Ďakujeme za krásny silvestrovský pobyt s nádherným výhľadom na celú Viedeň.

The hotel is modern and the breakfast is decent. But all the personell working there is very rude and always looks at you like you did something wrong.I was there for 3 nights and they did not make the room even once.When I got in the room for the first time, it was obvious that the only thing was made from the guest before me, was the bed. There were still brown remainings in the toilet as can be seen in the photo, the dust next to the bed was not cleaned in minimum 2 weeks.The guy at the reception with 2 earings is very unprofessional and he should not work with people ever, he was extremely disrespectful towards me and my company, with subtle notes of racism!I wanted to make a complaint to Austrian authorities but unfortunatelly did not have the time for it…

One of the women at the reception was very rude and unwelcoming, whereas the other was super friendly.It was a bit dirty and they didn't clean the room for 3 days, they only changed the towels (one of the towels they gave us had brown stains).There was no kettle in the room and the coffee machine at the reception only worked when the staff was there (from 11 am).The hotel is also very far away from the city center, approximately 1 hour by train.On the positive side the hotel is modern, the beds are very comfy and the view is nice.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal schon beim Empfang. Bei einem 130€ Zimmer pro Nacht wird noch zusätzlich 25€ für die Garage verrechnet. Danke nie wieder!Lieber auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen.

Enttäuscht - Fassade wirkt jetzt schon von weitem desolat.

Nowoczesny hotel położony w nowej dzielnicy . Bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum Wiednia,bez przesiadek.W pobliżu restauracja chińska i włoska (niestety w hotelu serwują tylko śniadania),obie godne polecenia.Obok hotelu znajduje się również jeziorko ,gdzie popływasz i poopalasz się w słoneczne dni.Jest też zamknięta strefa dla psów z dostępem do wody.
