Very professional team. Always responsive and caring. Very structured answers so that you know what to expect. I felt comfortable to ship my dog with Animals First. Actually, I chose Animals First just for how the team communicated with me on the future dog relocation, and then had my dog travelling from Poland to Austria - just to be shipped with them.Highly recommend!Yet please bear in mind, if you ship your dog for the first time (like I did), - do take time and thoroughly research everything. Because 80% of how it all goes still depends on the owner (preparation, documents, etc). Wishing you great and pleasant travels for your pets.

Thomas and Michael are incredibly Professional and compassionate individuals. We can tell they genuinely love animals. We had two bunnies transported from Austria to the USA. The aircraft cargo had heating and ventilation problems so the crew decided not to put them on the flight they were supposed to be on. When we arrived at the destination, Lufthansa cargo in the US did not know about this onboard issue. Michael let us know that he collected and welcomed them to his home. He even purchased timothy hay and veggies from a local farmer due to the limited store hours in the pandemic. He also sent us pictures so we know they are well. They have upgraded our furry family to VIP and got a bigger cage for our larger bunny.Our bunnies made it safely back to us, and now our family is relieved and happy. It's stressful for bunny owners to have their delicate family members to travel let alone fly for hours, but Animals First have made this a pleasant experience, and we would recommend their service to any rabbit owners.

Best experience! Relocated a small Yorkshire Terrier from Vienna to Hong Kong. Very professional process. The team prearranged, delivered and followed up with everything. They are also very caring and the dog instantly felt comfortable and was not scared. Best service you can get for a relocation! And they take any fears and stress away in this process. Michael and Thomas were super helpful, and answered all the questions I had, with patience and kindness while planning the trip. They assisted in transporting my White Swiss Shepherd (40kg/90lbs) from Vienna to New York. They took well care of him, picking him up from home, and taking him for a walk before the flight. My dog is very nervous, and they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and safe. They also did not hesitate to answer all my calls, and even gave me detailed updates just before the flight. They also sent me photos, and told me exactly what was happening while we waiting to board the flight (we were on the same flight). They also provided a suitable cage for the transportation, and gave him water. Thank you Animals First! We will definitely use your services in the future again. Highly recommended services!

The team at Animals First did a fantastic job shipping our dog. The guys are really professional, friendly and are totally committed to looking after the animals in their care. Would totally recommend them!

They mastered very complicated relocation from Vienna to China and everything went perfectly well. Always helpful and friendly. Animal‘s safety is the number one priority for them. The staff is very lovely with pets and treats them very well. As they are based at the airport; they also have good connections and the pets can skip long waiting or transportation before boarding the flight.
