Sri Sellapillaiyar Ganesha Temple

This is mainly a Ganesha temple but you will find other idols too like Lord shiva, Lord Venkateswara, Nava Graha etc.The temple is very clean, neat and they have a peaceful ambience.They have a small parking with 4 slots available.General the temple is crowded on festival days and Fridays.On Fridays the temple offer a special pooja and Annadanam to the pilgrims.Poojari (Priest) is very friendly and does the pooja well.10EUR for a Archana pooja.I was told that they offer special pooja on festival days.Car pooja, aksharabyasam, first food pooja can also be performed here.

Es war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich einen indischen Tempel betreten habe. Ein Freund der aus Indien stammt wollte mir seine Religion vorstellen.Der Eingang befindet sich hinten um die Ecke im Kellerbereich, dort kann man die Schuhe ausziehen und die Füße waschen. Dann geht es eine Treppe hoch zum Tempel. Bilder machen bzw Handy generell ist unerwünscht. Daher keine Fotos. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und es war eine neue Erfahrung dem Gottesdienst einer anderen Kultur beizuwohnen.

The temple is still under construction, but the celebrations on the day of Vinakaya Chavithi was very well done. They do pooja/archanas and have started working on building the temple

Der Tempel ist sehr schön, Jeder ist dort willkommen. Doch wärend dem Gottesdienst sehr viele Autos, sehr lauter Gesang und Musik. Für die Anwohner sehr anstrengend.

Nice Temple. But seems specially made for Tamil/ south Indian people. Prayer, Aarti, Pooja, Announcement everything was in their language. As a Maharastrian I don't understand even a single word.But to take Darshan, it's a good temple. They offered Food as Prasad at the end as it was Friday.But while visiting temple keep a note temple is not in Munich M-Zone.

A very nice Hindu Temple in Munich. Actually not in Munich but in Fürstenfeldbruck. Easily accessible by train as it is located very near to the train station. They have build the temple very nicely.

It is just located near 20 meters from s ban ( s4 line ) station call Buchenau.Best ganesh temple, spiritual place to worship, peaceful place.On Friday they have maha Prasad for all the bhakats.You can also get normal or chadhava to ganpati bappa and it's available within temple for 3 euro and you get one recipe to write your name also.Mandir also have 9 graha temple, lord hanuman temple, Durga devi temple as well.They also have locker for keeping bags.Entrance is yet to be completed. Temple seems to be more from south india or Sri Lanka. It also have place for car parking.But best part is you mind will be full of positive energy.Ganpati bappa Morya.
