دائما احرص على التاجير من شركة عالمية لكي اتفادى عمليات الاحتيال و لاحظت اغلب الردود تتكلم عن احتيال هذه الشركة وانها لا تنتمي ل بدجت لذلك دفعت زيادة لتأمين السيارة الشامل لأتجنب مثل هذه المشاكل ولكن بلا فائدة، فالشركة سوف تحرص على سرقة كامل مبلغ الإيداع بطريقة او بأخرى، بعد أن سلمت السيارة أخذوا مني ٤٦٠ يورو و التفاصيل كانت غريبة، رسوم تنظيف للسيارة !! و رسوم تسليم الوقود ناقص بالرغم من اني سلمت السيارة بعد تعبئة الوقود مباشرة و رسوم أخرى. نصيحة ابعدوا عن هالشركة النصابة

Be careful when booking in Austria, Vienna. You book a car for 7 days, make an advance payment of more than 1k eur, and they tell you that something went wrong, we do not have a car for you, we will refund your money in two weeks!! Go look for cars from other rent companies. All plans, all impressions ruined! I will do so, the last time I book with you!

Sehr kompetente und Freundliche Mitarbeiter, günstige Preise.Im undurchsichtigen und unfreundlichen Mietwagengeschäft eine Ausnahme.Wer in Wien am Hauptbahnhof ein Auto mieten will sollte dies bei Avis/Budget machen.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!One of the worst companies that i had to deal with. I picked this company through Holidaycars, there they had a 8/10 rating and i though they would be ok. We have received the car and when we returned it they claim that there is a scratch on the front right wheel. For that non existing scratch they are asking 450+ euros. We are currently in discussion with Holidaycars to get our money back. I am hoping that they will get their mind back and drop this claim. It's really a shame to see such tactics in 2023...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ich musste zirka 10 Minuten warten, was völlig ok war. Katharina war bemüht und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein tolles Auto. Sterne-Abzug, weil es leider nicht gesäubert wurde nach meinem Vorgänger. Die Fußmatten haben auch gefehlt, somit hat man den Dreck leider gleich am Teppich gehabt. Haben das Auto dann selbst gesaugt.Sonst hat alles bestens geklappt.

We trusted that it is a global company but they are scammers. stay away from scammers. We received the car and when we return it, they claim that there is a damage on the front door. They charged 600+ euros for this non-existent damage. Unfortunately, when you look at the comments, you can see that they have done this to many people. Fraudsters!!
