Horrible experience. An angry middleaged Italian witch is sitting here in the office yelling at me and my friends saying that we cannot pay a part of our bill with a credit card and wants cash. She is on the phone with Booking right now complaining that we are problematic guests. Quite surreal. Avoid at all cost!!!
