In Sachen Kommunikation und Umgang mit dem Kunden haben hier wohl einige nicht aufgepasst in der Berufsschule. Dies war mit Abstand der schlechteste Friseurbesuch, den ich je erlebt habe. Einmal und sicher nie wieder! Es gab mehrere Dinge, die hier schief gelaufen sind. Das einzige positive war der Haarschnitt. Alles andere war absolut mangelhaft. Es ist eigentlich eine Frechheit, mit welcher Art und Weise man hier behandelt wird.

Nadine damaged my hair - horror storyFew days ago I made an online appointment to make a haircut and balayage. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and a young hairdresser call Nadine, srarted to do my hair . I showed her a picture of what I would like and I told her please do not turn my hair to yellow or orange , She did the bleeching process poorly , and after bleeching and she put color on my hair and she vanished !!! I opened my eyes and another lady was washing my hair and said Nadine went home !!! She didn't even stayed to see what the color is turning to. To all my fear and horror, my hair turned to a carrot orange , with an ugly contrast to my dark hair. The orher haidressers saw this and they all admitted the job was poorly done. Ms. Jana gave me a lovely haircut ( thank you Jana ) and Ms. Evi told me to come back the next day to fix my hair color.The next day Ms. Evi did a great job to save my hair as much as she can , but the orange undertone from Nadine's job is still visible and she totally damaged my hair. She was back in the studio the next day, but ignored me and did not even come to me or talked to me !! She is young and she needs to learn if you are working at the service jobs like hairdressing , comunication is the key to your success. I find her attitude childish and rude. and I will never use her again. I hope she learns some social skills and manners otherwise she is in the wrong job.A big Thank you to Ms. Evi & Ms. Jana, to save me hair and their kindness.I was expecting now that the hair is damaged, the studio will offer some kind of reimbursement, but that was not the case. I paid full.My hair is not that horrific anymore but It very dry and looks burnt.The orange color is showing and I hate it.The part that Ms. Evj could save, looks great and unlike Nadine, she is such a professional and I will go back to her.
