CityLocker Luggage Storage Hauptbahnhof

Difficult to find, so here are some photos that can help the next person find this place.It's across from KOSMETIK sign and also between 1 and 2. You have to book the lockers ahead of time in order to receive the code to open the outside door

We are so happy we found this place to store our hand luggage suitcases for the day and walk around the city without extra effort. The storage room is really close to the Kolschitzkygasse U1 metro exit at Sudtiroler Platz (Hautbahnhof) - no more than 150 m walking. It has 3 options for storage - we used the smallest one for 5,50 euro and it fit perfectly to small suitcases (hand luggage). You have to book online in advance so you have a code to open the door and your locker box. We did have a little incident in the process - when we opened to door there was a locker box opened as well so we assumed that it's our and it had automatically opened with the door code. However, we discovered that our booking was for a different box so we called the emergency number. It was Sunday and we immediately received attention and really good customer service. The problem was fixed remotely in a matter of minutes. So beware to check (open) you box and don't assume that if a box is opened it's yours :D. We are really happy with the service, the price and the person who helped us in the situation!

It has to be booked online. Seems to have no pay-as-you go option, only per day option. See attached photo for the outside, it's a little bit easy to miss. Other than that, probably the only alternative to the overcrowded coin-operated lockers in the central station.

Works well, be careful of which location you select for the bags, otherwise you can call the number and they will help you out to switch the reservation.

The location was well marked in Google maps and I had no trouble finding the place, even if it's a little hidden.The service is great, we were having some questions regarding our reservation and they answered the phone immediately (on a Sunday) and were very helpful.Definitely would recommend!

Habe meine Koffer während eines zweitägigen Kurzausflugs nach Tirol bei citylocker Hauptbahnhof versperrt. Habe online reserviert. Hat super funktioniert!

Excellent service. Everything is good. You need to do the reservation from the website. Then they'll send you a code. Everything seems safe
