Great experience start to end. Although the office isn't at the terminal, the 'in-terminal' car hire companies are almost 15 mins walk away so it really doesn't make any difference! Lovely new cars, great prices and great service. Would recommend!!

We usually have a really good experience with auto union and the guy who gave us the cat to us was very nice and pleasant.Even though we rented a car with a Bluetooth it wasn't working and we gave it back on june 4th 2023 at 21:30 the lady in there wasn't listening to us, was speaking in the phone for the entire time and when we complained she didn't care and was rude. Really bad service from her.

Arnaque, ils n'indiquent pas les frais masqués. Leur employé est parti 5 min avant notre arrivée et quand on l a appelé il a exige 100€ de frais !!

Achtung! Diese Autovermietung befindet sich nicht am Flughafen! Man muss anrufen, damit ein Bus kommt. Dieser fährt dann in ein Industriequartier, wo zu wenige Angestellte die wartenden Kunden bedienen. Wir haben etwa eine Stunde dadurch verloren. Das Fahrzeug war in Kroatien eingelöst, hatte einen Rechtsdrall für n der Lenkung und kein Scheibenwischwasser.Gebucht wurde eifentlich bei Sunny Cars, aber die Firma heisst Auto Union. Erstes und letztes Mal hier gemietet.Immerhin: Personal war freundlich.

There's something very sketchy about this company. They do not have an in airport location. They send detailed instructions on where to meet them through whatsapp. They arrive in an unmarked car, and the business location they take you to does not have any signage for the company. It made us feel unsafe. We're not sure what's going on here. Human trafficking? Or maybe business is not operating with the correct licenses? I wanted to bring this up to anyone who booked here.
