I had a very bad experience because they couldn't be able to get my hair straightened.They couldn't use the hair straighteners and the result is that I have wasted 36,50 euro! I really don't suggest to go there!

Two times i were in this salon and i was very happy but the third time :( i wanted to have natural blonde look we knew with hairdresser my hair are week but even though she bleach my hair into total yellow and orange color and when i call there that it doesnt look good she didnt offer any help only said i can use silver shampoo so i asked if its not gonna damaged my hair even more and she said no so i did it and my hair starts falling down in pieces ,so i called there again and she said that its my fault cuz i shouldnt be bleacheng my hair. This suppost to be cooparation between customers and hairdresser but when is something wrong than dont expect any help its all customers fall :( so that its the end of blonde time for me :(
