Warning: This is a scam, do not order here. I ordered a watch mid-October. It was out of stock for 7-8 weeks, but after that time still nothing, not a word. I e-mailed them 3 times over the course of 5 months (it's the end of March now) but never got an answer. Not even a reply that production was delayed or whatever. Or this company is highly unprofessional, or it is a scam. Very sad to see people like this capitalize on the sustainability/vegan movement.

Die Uhr sieht gut aus, aber der Sekundenzeiger ist nicht genau, außerdem sind die 5 Minuten Marker silber und ich habe die Day Date Black gekauft. Ich habe den Kundensupport 2 Mal per Mail angeschrieben und es kam nichts zurück. Nicht mal, dass das Team vielleicht im Urlaub ist oder so.

I placed an order for the First Season Silver watch in February 2021, and received an email in March 2021 stating the watch had been out of stock for weeks. I was offered a 35% coupon code to apply toward an order when the watch was back in stock. However, Dan and Mez did not issue me a refund. I sent two emails and Instagram message, but no response.I much rather have the watch, but if, after nine months, Dan and Mez still cannot fill my order, please give me a refund.If anyone from Dan and Mez sees this, it's order number 11257. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this might be the only way to get their attention.

Absolutely this company is a scammer. I ordered back in June 2021. Then I received an email from them saying my order was sent out. Since then, nothing was updated and of course my product wasn’t sent to my address. I kept emailing and even contacted delivery company that they use (the delivery company was on the email) but the delivery company replied to me that the delivery company doesn’t have a contract with DAN&MEZ. Obviously scam. This was my worst shopping experience ever. Please don’t order anything from them and file a report to the police if you can.

Am 12.8. bestellt, nach angegebener Lieferzeit (5-10d) noch nichts erhalten. Auf Nachfrage keine Antwort und auch auf die bitte nach Stornierung bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Sorry aber was ist das denn für ein Laden?
