Please do not book here, this is a scam! The reviews are all true, this is not a serious company and will try to rip you off your money and lie about some damages to get your security. Please avoid this at all costs!

I rented a car here using my points from my credit card. Even though I had covered the cost of the car with points and by paying the remaining sum, Thrifty charged me for the car AGAIN. If this was a mistake, they have been a huge pain to work with. But maybe it wasn’t a mistake and just a scam to take as much money as they can. I HIGHLY recommend you try any other car rental company when in Salzburg.

Do not rent a car from this office! I returned the car on August 16th with no damage. The rental office is not open on Sundays, so they asked me to park the car in Hotel Europaparking lot. I took a video of the car upon return and noted no damage. I had no correspondence from Thrifty until September 4th, when theysent an email with a damage invoice for 853 Euros!!! The first issue is that there was no damage when I left the car in the requested space.How can they accuse a customer three weeks later of damage that they did not prove when the rental ended? Anyone in the 3-week-periodcould have caused the damage. This is a total scam, and they are absolute criminals. I am in dispute with Chase on the charge, and I have commissioned an attorney.

The worst rent a car ever!! It is a scam! They never return your money and have a lot of excuses. Scam scam!! Avoid it!

I have been renting car in Croatia, Greece, Austria and by far this is the worst rent a car company. They are charging you money twice, the employees are rude and unpleasant. It is a scam and I would avoid it.
