Leider versucht uns dieses Unternehmen über den Tisch zu ziehen Haben gestern ein Wagen gemietet und heute ohne weitere Schäden in Wien Zentrum abgegeben nun erhalte ich eine Email, das weitere Schäden am Fahrzeug fest gestrllt sind.Wir haben vorab auch Fotos gemacht mit den Schäden.Anscheind ein Betrugsunternehmen.Mit Sitz in Österreich spricht keiner deutsch.

Lange Wartezeit (20 Minuten) und Kindersitze in schlechtem Zustand.Die Rückgabe des Autos war auch nicht einfach, da die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz direkt nach der Garageneinfahrt ist und leicht zu übersehen ist.Unterm Strich: nächstes Mal zahle ich etwas mehr für das Auto und bekomme aber besseren Service.

I would like to recommend Zippy7 Autorent!I’ve been traveling the world for over 5 years now and been to different car rental agencies. There’s no one like Zippy7! Their professionalism and care for the customers are out of the word. Smooth and easy pick up and drop off with no issues at all. We rented the newest model of Nissan Quasqai the car was very clean and well taken care of we felt like we were the first owners of the car. The communication was very easy always answered our phone calls and provided us the answers we were looking for.Keep it up guys!Great Job!

Größeres Auto als bestellt! Super! Lage sehr gut und etwas versteckt. Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Büro im social hub. Alles sehr unkompliziert und preislich super

Very Shaddy business, they send me a repair invoice we reply them back the pictures and time stamp it clearly shows front and left door scratches was existing before the rental, they just can't explain all the pictures I have send it them and reply it's in contract?Check the contract rep send to me, it showed gas was 8/8 when I rent, but actually it was 7/8 and I have pictures to prove （rep told me take pics as well ）, it clearly show the rental rep didn't examine the car properly before rental at all, how do you explain all this?
