I had a very pleasant experience - We went there during Covid times, and weren't allowed into the store because there were too many people inside already. Totally fine. One of the sales people asked me what I was looking for, and how old the kids are (7 and 9), what they like (Andor), and she recommended a game that I've never heard of (Karak). Karak has been an absolute hit for two weeks - the three kids play it every day, and now they're even creating expansions for the game (by drawing and adding cards). Fantastic game, and I'm very happy for the recommendation.
