Great building, which combines modern green technology and the classical architecture.

The OSCE organization has nothing to do with fair and objective hiring and selection practices. Their recruitment process is flawed and solely based on the agenda and contracts of the hiring managers. If you are thinking of applying there do not even bother. It’s a complete waste of your time. I have extensive academic and professional experience in my field (internal audit) and I hold nine hard-earned professional certifications from the world’s largest professional bodies (CIA, CRMA, CCSA by the IIA, CFE by ACFE, PMP by PMI and CISA, CISM, CRISC and CGEIT by ISACA). I recently applied for an auditor role at OSCE and despite the 9 certificates that I have acquired and my extensive professional and academic experience I was never even called up for the first stage of the selection process. Do not even bother applying – they are simply not going to review your application. Complete lack of objectivity, fairness and impartiality during the selection process. What a disgrace from an organization that proudly states that its core values promotes integrity, accountability and commitment.
