Froschberg 7 - OÖ. HEIMBAUVEREIN

The location is great, near the center and yet in the green area of the city. The staff are friendly and Veronika (the manager) always tries her best to resolve the problems of the residents asap. The rooms are clean and cozy and the big and small rooms in the main area are 3x8 and 3x6 ,half furnished and the price is reasonable. The communal kitchen is a good place to cook and meet new people!

Ich kenne das Haus Froschberg 7 vom OÖ Heimbauverein dank einer Führung und kann es aus folgenden Gründen nur weiterempfehlen:1.) Die ausgezeichnete Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, sowohl in die Stadt als auch über fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbaren Bahnhof in andere Städte2.) Die faire Preisgestaltung3.) Die Zeit- und Zweckmäßige Einrichtung und Größe des besichtigten Einzelzimmers4.) Die Verwaltung, Veronika, wertet mit Ihrer freundlichen Art das gesamte Heim auf. Sie war auch während meiner Führung sofort bereit die Anliegen der Bewohner rasch und unkompliziert zu lösen. Dort fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben!

Una estrella ,ya que después de pasar más de 4 meses allí y tener una buena convivencia ,a mi hija ,la habitación se la dieron lejos de sus compañeros ,tuvo problemas con el wifi, cocinas comunes muy sucias por la desidia de algunos compañeros.Al abandonar la residencia y dejar la habitación limpia y recogida como exigen las normas ,nos han cobrado 100€, o sea ,el doble ,por limpieza, habiendo demostrado mediante vídeo hecho por mi hija lo contrario.MUY DECEPCIONADO.Editado.Siento comunicarle que a mi hija su compañera le dio el ok al checking de la habitación ,por eso no entiendo el sobrecoste de la limpieza.Repito, no se le aviso de que estuviera sucia la habitación.

I like the dorm very much! It is close to the main train station (10 min walk) and the guys from the dorm are open for new friends. If you have any technical issues in the room/ problems with the neighbors whatever, Veronika will always help and assist you so that you have a comfortable stay. So, 5 stars from me ;)

Best dorm ever. It is on prime location, yet the area is really calm, no noise of traffic or anything. Bus stop, train station, supermarket are within the reach. great room. Dorm manager, Veronika is really supportive. Highly recommended for students.

I can recommend this dorm to anyone studying in Wels or Linz. The room is big, you have your own fridge, the shared kitchens are well equipped, there's a nice student atmosphere"

Ein nettes Wohnheim mit kleinen Räumen.Leider sind die Küchen für die Bewohner immer jeweils auf den Etagen neben dem Treppenhaus angeordnet. Das finde ich schwierig, was das Koch-und Esserlebnis sehr schmälert.Die Zimmer haben aber eine gute Ausstattung mit modernem Mobiliar.Die Badzellen sind wohl für 2 Leutchen und sind neben den Wohnräumen.

Nice cozy dorm with a really good vibe where most of the people are friendly. Communal kitchens are a bit small but nevertheless they are never overcrowded. The staff is very pleasant and always ready to help resolve any issues. The close proximity to the main railway station is a big bonus! Prices are reasonable as well.

Mit meinem Doppelzimmer in Frochberg 7 überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Wir zahlen jeweils 253 € für das sogenannte Doppelzimmer"
