Great service on arrival, but due to an injury to our party, an agreed change of vehicle was arranged.Unfortunately, the vehicle which arrived for the return journey was still the original size vehicle.After a bit of discussion, a compromise was reached, a larger taxi was arranged at a higher charge from another company, but the manager authorised the driver to cover the difference.As & when we return to Innsbruck, the overall experience will not stop me considering using Express-Taxis again.

Exceptional professionalism and best prices! Would definitely recommend and use these guys again. When an emergency arose and a driver could not make it on time, the company arranged for alternative transportation on time and made me whole for the difference. Very friendly staff and extremely focused on client satisfaction

We found ourselves at Innsbruck Airport and our flight had been diverted to Munich.A taxi firm we used earlier to get to Innsbruck had been a bad experience.I found Express Taxis Innsbruck on a google search and phoned them.The person in the Office spoke english and within a very short time had a driver with us at the airport.He was excellent, the vehicle was very clean and comfortable and the transfer to Munich was excellent. Express Taxi Innsbruck will now be our first call each time we are at Innsbruck.

Excellent service from Yusuf and the team. Reliable and on time with decent communication via email and phone. Our children were collected from Innsbruck Airport and returned from Ischgl safely and on time over the Xmas period. Excellent Merc vehicles.
