Mrs.Sporty Club Wien-Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus I

I really love this gym. It's specifically for women and has a very specific custom approach to its customers - after becoming a member you receive a custom exercise plan, diet plan, you get your body fat measurements taken and the trainer discusses your timeline and goals. The exercise session takes approx 30 minutes. You receive a special card, that gets scanned at each station and the screens show you the exercises you need to do, the right movement paths and give you instant feedback. The trainers are with you all the time too. The only deterrent for me personally was the price starting at 60 euro per month. The cost is nothing compared to what you get in return but for me it was too much. The fact the trainer did not want to tell me how much it cost the first two times I asked her was also a deterrent. Anyway, if you have the money and the need for a custom training, visit it.

Too expensive, small place

Super schöner, sauberer Club mit netten Frauen und kompetenten Trainerinnen. Zukunftspotenzial vorhanden, da es dort stehts neues für uns Frauen zur Unterstützung unserer Ziele gibt. Ob für Kraftaufbau, Ernährungsumstellung, Schmerztherapie, Verspannungs- oder Stressreduktion, Libido sowie Inkontinenz, Rückbildung nach Schwangerschaften, (neu: jetzt auch für Männer zwecks Potenz und Prostata) etc....Mrs.Sporty entwickelt sich stehts in die Richtung unserer Bedürfnisse weiter und das finde ich toll :D.
