Do not work with this vendor. Go to a competitor next door.They charged $750 for a 2cm scratch on a wheel, which I believe (but can't prove) was there when I rented the car. Thankfully, I have insurance, but this goes to show this is a sham business.

WARNING: €750 charge for a very light scratch to one alloy wheel!!!Returned my hire car to Enterprise Saltzburg Airport and was told that my deposit would be refunded within 15 to 30 minutes. After two days still no refund to my credit card. Then told me three days later that their 'specialised damages department' were still working on this contract and as soon as the case is settled, we will return you the deposit, or take the amount, due for the damage. 8-days after returning the vehicle, I still have not received any communication or refund or explanation!The scratch is minor and could almost be classed as wear-and-tear. I dont mind paying for the repair (even though the damage might have been present before I hired the car - this I cannot prove). However, I do object to Enterprise holding on to €750 of my money for over 8-days when they are fully aware of what they intend to charge for this damage. I dont for one minute believe that the car needs to undergo a specialist examination to determine what Enterprise intend to charge me! A quick internet search reveals that in the UK, the average cost of a full respray of an alloy wheel is £72.50.Incidentally, when I collected the car, nearly every panel had some kind of minor scratches or chips on it (which I photographed) and so I don't think that it is likely that Enterprise have any intention of having the repair carried out anyway!Judging by another very recent review here on google, it would appear that I am not alone with regards to this scam.This bit is an update: I eventually got refunded the full amount nearly two months later, after using the advice of Which Legal Services and writing directly to Enterprise head office in Vienna. I had to threaten legal action, and was advised to quote that Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 requires you to carry out your service with reasonable skill and care. Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 remedies for breach of contract must be performed within a reasonable amount of time

Die Erste Anmietumg war echt super, nun die Änderung auf einen Stern, da der Service auf einmal katastrophale Auswirkungen auf meine Besuche hier in Salzburg hatte. Gehe ab sofort zu einem anderen Anbieter..schade...

Absolut NICHT weiterzuempfehlen! Schlechter und unfreundlicher Kundenservice! Mietauto wurde pünktlich und ohne Schaden retourniert, die Kaution haftet jedoch seit paar Monaten immer noch offen aus! Angeblich sind auch alle nur telefonisch erreichbar, melden tut sich aber nie jemand, wenn man anruft. Einmal und nie wieder!

Worst car rental experience ever, they ripped me of 750€ for a tiny tiny scratch that was already there when I picked up the car, the scratch was also documented on the car vehicle condition report but they don’t care.Never again!
