We had an more than eight years old XSmall from Philips. The machines hasn't been serviced in years and had some trouble with the initial heat cycle.I dropped the coffee machine off on Friday and ELREP contracted me on Tuesday. I was told what the service cost would be and that although the error wasn't reproducible he could also change the internal pump. He didn't advocate for this since the error was not showing in the workshop. I still opted for this and the machine was fixed on the next day.Price and invoice was transparent and the service was quick and thorough. Definitely recommending this place!
